Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS, commonly called Parts Work, is a gentle, experiential approach helping you to better understand and care for the different “parts” (aspects) of yourself with compassion. By exploring how these parts developed and what they need, we help your parts become “unburdened” to experience inner balance, self-leadership and emotional ease.

Somatic-based Therapies

Somatic therapies are gentle, body-based approaches like breath work, parts work, gentle movement, havening or tapping that help to facilitate emotional healing and resilience. Somatic therapies are based on the idea that our bodies store our stress, memories, and traumatic experiences.
